MY PHILOSOPHY

my practice.
I believe children thrive when they feel genuinely known, secure and valued. For me, early childhood education is about creating an environment where children can be themselves, develop confidence and curiosity, and build strong relationships with the people around them.
Over the years, I have seen how important continuity and connection are. I value educators who take the time to really know each child and family, and I believe our role is to work alongside families with openness, respect and genuine care.
My philosophy has always been that a preschool should feel like a community ā a place where children belong, families are welcomed and educators feel supported to do meaningful work.

A place to belong.
What I love most about Lakeview is the relationships that have grown here over the years. Seeing families recommend us to friends, welcoming younger siblings, and watching children and families form lasting connections with our educators is incredibly special.
After 26 years, I still love being part of the everyday life of Lakeview. Iām proud of the team we have built and of the warm, connected community that continues to grow around us.
